Trend Forcast

We define what’s next according to your brand DNA. An indispensable part of NOLIA’s core service relies on our in-house trend forecasters and designers that obsessively decode the future to provide an authoritative view on tomorrow. With a diversified team in Europe, China and Korea we build locally sourced, globally relevant macro-trends, color-charts, brand and season-specific mood-boards, key items and inspirations, overall collection structures and key materials boards (sourced locally and internationally) that will end up defining how the ”upcoming shelves” will look like with no additional costs. We help our customers be constantly updated by fueling his ideas while deeply understanding their seasonal collections and positioning.

Integrated design

From trends to CAD design. After introducing the main trends, specifically tailored and curated to suit each of our customers’ brand positioning (style, target-customer and price-wise), NOLIA is able to develop from scratch the full collection CADs in direct coordination with our factory in Qingdao. Clear technical CAD are developed in order to convey the concept, materials, sizes and production techniques behind each design.

Materials

NOLIA has one of the biggest variety of carefully curated and internationally sourced materials, updated on a bi-weekly basis according to the latest fast-fashion trends and color charts. With a specialized sourcing team in Qingdao, with branch offices in Yiwu, Guangzhou (China) and Seoul (South Korea) NOLIA is able to rapidly adapt and source in the biggest jewelry and accessories-specific clusters in the world.

Plating

NOLIA has also designed a broad and precise plating chart in order to provide the best and most accurate finishing for each style to be designed and later produced.

Samples: prototypes done right

Time greatly matters. Time is the key success factor in a well-established Fast-Fashion business model. For that main purpose NOLIA has recently opened a wholly owned workshop at the very heart of Barcelona, strategically located near the main European fashion hubs and world-leading international retailers primarily in Spain, Italy and France.

Depending on each of the design requirements prototype samples are developed either in Barcelona or in Qingdao, ensuring the fastest reply in the market and the possibility of reviewing it within days in your very own office or in our workshop. Sample comments and changes are taken into account and crafted on-the-go, right on-the-spot. We guarantee tight and short lead-times based on your specific deadlines.

Tailored production

NOLIA’s production and manufacturing facilities in Qingdao count with a wide range of machinery and expert craftsmanship to ensure the highest quality (health and finishing wise) in each of the styles produced. NOLIA has a broad range of modern CNC machinery, master mold making department, silicon mold department, precise components sourcing, polishing, stone-drop and epoxy departments and assembly department. Every step is efficiently integrated under the same cost-effective umbrella.

PACKING

We have effectively integrated the packaging, packing and alarming processes within our production and supply chain. NOLIA designs, reliably sources components, manufactures, labels, packs and alarms each SKU according to each brand specifications and requirements.
